Our client a growing construction company, known for its strong commitment to safety and employee development, is looking for a day shift Shop Manager to oversee the maintenance and repair of heavy-duty equipment, trucks, and machinery. The company values a collaborative environment, providing top-notch training and tools for success.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily repair and service activities for equipment, trucks, and machinery.
• Coordinate work schedules and assign tasks to personnel.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and recommend solutions.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed and promote a safe working environment.
• Oversee repair projects both in-house and with external vendors.
• Communicate with management to track project progress.
• Complete necessary paperwork and reports.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with heavy equipment maintenance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
