The Job
We are looking for exceptional individuals to join our team, who have a high desire and drive to succeed both personally and professionally, in a fast-paced and growing company.
Responsibilities:
- A least 3-5 years of experience managing a machine shop with 10+ employees.
- Demonstrate interpersonal and leadership skills to motivate and effectively lead production.
- Extensive experience with CNC equipment, programming, tooling fixturing, speeds & feeds, operating sequences is preferred but not mandatory if equal experience with operations/shop management
- Hands-on management style, able to interact with other department heads in Engineering, Production Planning, and Operations.
- Meet production quota deadlines assigned by the production planner.
- Proficient in utilizing precision instruments to frequently conduct QA inspections on finished parts.
- LEAN/5S experience a plus.
