Your Daily Impact:

• Team Coordination: Lead a team of 60-75 members, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative, respectful workplace.
• Standards Compliance: Enforce quality and safety protocols, collaborating with Quality and Safety Managers to meet company standards.
• Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, offering feedback to drive continuous team improvement.
• Resource Optimization: Monitor and manage department resources and inventory levels to meet production and delivery goals.

What You Bring:

• Experienced Leadership: 10+ years in a manufacturing setting, with at least 5 years in management.
• Organizational Expertise: Skilled in multitasking, scheduling, and handling fast-paced demands.
• Technical Know-How: Proficient in reading technical drawings and familiar with Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Strong Communicator: Able to guide and support teams effectively, ensuring clarity in instructions and objectives.
