Schedule: Mondays & Thursdays (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), Wednesdays (12:00 PM - 5:00 PM) - Total 22 hours per week
Location: Overland Park, KS
Child: Adorable 2-month-old baby (older sister, age 2, will be at daycare)

- Provide safe and loving care for the infant, including feeding, diapering, playing, and soothing
- Follow established healthy sleep routines
- Engage the baby with age-appropriate activities that promote development
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for the baby
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding the baby's daily activities and well-being
- Be a positive role model and contribute to the family's fun and easy-going atmosphere
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience caring for infants
- Extensive knowledge of infant care practices and safety protocols
- CPR and First Aid certified
- Gentle, patient, and responsive personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with parents who are working from home
- Sense of humor and ability to enjoy a lighthearted work environment
