We are seeking an experienced entertainment operations specialist to join our team. This is a hybrid/in office position based in our Fort Lauderdale office. As Specialist, Studio Operations you’ll be responsible for supporting the dance studio operations by overseeing and maintaining the inventory management and logistics of the dance studio warehouse. This will include coordinating and reporting regular inventory audits, forecasting and creating budgets, ensuring SOX compliancy throughout the ordering and processing of all consumable warehouse items. You’ll also process and support the immigration compliancy and transportation needs of all cast members for arrivals and departures, medical appointments, travel documents, and issuing onboard contract and provide support for all cast accommodations in conjunction with the Lead Supervisor.

Responsibilities
- Oversees the managing of the Entertainment warehouse show inventories, performing quarterly audits, distribution and logistics associated with show related items. Forecasts and creates consumable annual account budgets.
- Plans and executes all cast transportation needs, while remaining cost effective and proactive in sourcing new efficient methods.
- Ensures all cast members remain immigration compliant by assessing and organizing their air and ground transport travel needs.
- Initiates and coordinates with Port Agents and Logistics for all offloads and transhipments.
- Acts as the liaison between Fleet Medical and Dance Supervisors for all cast medical needs, arranging transportation as required.
- Forecasts and manages all cast shoreside accommodations under the direction of the Lead Supervisors.
- Distributes all cast contracts, flights and transportation details.
- Ensures the Entertainment warehouse is well maintained and remains an organized safe environment.
- Develops business relationships with all vendors as well as source new vendors.
- Participates, plans, and executes all special projects as required.
- Provides support to Manager, Show Operations and day to day studio business.
Requirements
- Associates Degree in Business or Inventory Management or equivalent experience.
- 2 years’ business office and inventory management experience.
- Minimum 2 years Inventory Management Experience.
- Minimum 2 years in logistic/shipping and receiving.
- Minimum 2 years working in a face paced environment with the ability to multi-task and prioritize given time constraints.
- Microsoft Office applications, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other web-based applications including expert skills in developing professional presentations.
- Experience with CrunchTime or similar inventory management software
- Familiarity in dealing with purchase orders and the associated software such as iProc for placing orders.
- Promotes experiential ownership to align with our brand standards, enhancing the overall guest experience.

- Base Salary Range: $69,300-$93,600. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base pay is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
