• Complete PLACE New Agent Launch program
• Assist sales agents in guiding clients to properties
• Offer detailed feedback to refine clients' search criteria
• Draft and negotiate offers for sales agents and clients
• Dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to lead generation
• Engage in weekly script practice and team activities
• Attend weekly coaching, training, and Partner Calls
• Log tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
