You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced agents, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to the success of our team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, showcasing properties, and assisting in the seamless execution of property showings. Responsibilities

• Complete training & commit to on-going education of the real estate industry
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in CRM

• Valid Real Estate License
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
