Responsibilities

• Successfully finish the PLACE New Agent Launch program
• Work alongside sales agents to support clients in their home search
• Provide detailed, written feedback to assist clients in narrowing down their preferences
• Prepare and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients
• Allocate a minimum of 10 hours each week to lead generation activities
• Participate in weekly script practice sessions following team protocols
• Engage in team events in line with team expectations
• Join weekly individual coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls
• Log tasks and activities through PLACE Technology

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic about engaging with people and excel at building and sustaining professional relationships
• Possess a cheerful and optimistic demeanor
• Comfortable with extensive driving
• Skilled at understanding clients' preferences and matching them with suitable properties
• Committed to continuous learning
• Driven and demonstrated track record of success
• High school diploma
• Valid real estate license
