The Fixture Gallery, Consolidated Supply Co.'s decorative plumbing showroom, has an opening for a full-time Showroom Clerical to join the team. We have 10 showrooms in the Pacific Northwest providing extraordinary service to our customers.
Job Description:
The Showroom Clerical position’s purpose is to provide administrative/clerical support to The Fixture Gallery showroom team. Responsibilities include answering the phone, greeting visitors, maintaining calendars, creating and updating spec books/submittals, data entry, follow up with vendors on purchase orders and project lead times, also assists with other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- At least two years prior clerical experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have the ability to manage a fast paced detailed workflow.
- A solid computer aptitude and computer software skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word are required.
- 40 WPM typing.
- The ability to build strong customer rapport.
- Is energetic, detail oriented, organized and wants to be part of a professional team.
- If you have a background in design, retail, wholesale, or showroom sales, we would like to talk with you.
- Plumbing knowledge a plus but not required.
