Employee Prerequisites:
- Onboarding process completed within days of applying!
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or within a group.
- Automotive sales and service knowledge is a great asset. Pay based on your experience.
Job functions include but not limited to:
- Schedules appointments, responds to phone calls, and receives funds for services.
- Effectively informs customers on service recommendations for regular maintenance.
- Prepares and advises on service requirements, sells routine maintenance, repair services, and follow-up regarding unsold services and customers.
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail while assisting and consulting with customers.
- Submits customer sales documentation to the Finance & Insurance Manager, as well as proper paperwork (insurance information, trade title etc.).
- Pursues prospective customers, promotes effective sales incentives, and maintains a follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business.
- Meets the Sales Management Team's monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
