Key Responsibilities:

Operate shuttle bus in a safe and efficient manner

Provide excellent customer service to passengers

Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations

Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the shuttle bus

Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking

Maintain accurate records of trips, including passenger counts and trip logs

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle

Communicate effectively with dispatch and passengers

Assist with luggage and other items as needed

Respond to passenger inquiries and concerns

Required Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Previous experience in a similar driving role

Excellent knowledge of traffic laws and regulations

Strong customer service skills

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

Good communication and interpersonal abilities

Physical stamina and strength to assist passengers with luggage

Ability to read and interpret maps and GPS systems

Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge

High school diploma or equivalent
