Job Summary:
As a Reservation Agent, you will create an Experience of a Lifetime for our guests by providing local expertise and guidance for our shared shuttle buses, private cars, and charter vans using our reservation system. You will be expected to understand our services and products so that you can coordinate & book the guests’ travel needs.
Job Specifications:
+ Expected Pay Range:: $20.00 - $22.76
+ Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time
+ Skill Level: Entry
Job Responsibilities:
+ Answer phones in a polite, professional, and timely manner
+ Create and update reservations for our Shared Shuttles, Private cars, and Charter Vans
+ Understand Products and Services so you can effectively provide guests with options that will meet their transportation needs
+ Maintain a positive and friendly attitude with both guests and coworkers in a high paced and busy atmosphere
+ Interface with internal departments including dispatch, operations, and Group Sales Representatives.
+ Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
+ We will teach you all the necessary skills to be able to execute your job safely, no formal experience is necessary
+ Desire to learn and grow
+ Must be able to communicate fluently in English
The expected pay range is $20.00 - $22.76. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
