In-depth knowledge of SI/SFG, SSP and Connect:Direct
SFG Support - able to troubleshoot issues related to SI/SFG
Understand file transfer protocols SFTP, FTPS, Connect: Direct SSP and Connect: Direct working knowledge
AWS (optional) - fundamental understanding of AWS, EC2, S3, ELB, NLB
Job Responsibilities:
Support MFT solutions using SI/SFGF
Troubleshoot file transfer failures in SI/SFG administration
Partner setup for FTPS, SFTP, Connect:Direct and Aspera protocols
Production support
File transfer management
