Job Description
- Provide SIEBEL enterprise installation & configuration, Patch management
- Perform Siebel version upgrades
- Perform Code migration between different SIEBEL environments.
- Perform non-repository migration using Siebel Application Deployment Manager (ADM)
- Troubleshoot environment issues, generate/interpret log files and trace/analyze crash files.
- Provide Performance tuning
- Support Production environment
- Perform Siebel BIP installation, configuration and ongoing support.
- – 7 years with Siebel System Administration including
- Application installation and configuration
- Code deployments
- Application patching evaluation and planning
- Virtual application support
- High availability and load balancing configuration
- Performance and scalability tuning of application servers
- Prod application support and troubleshoot experience
- Oracle HTTP web server administration and tuning
- Strong technical knowledge of Siebel Architecture, including Gateway, Siebel, Web, and Database Servers
- Strong technical knowledge of Siebel EAI and EIM components, including Web Services, Workflow, VBC and EBC
- Strong technical knowledge of Siebel Tools Configuration
- Experience with Oracle database monitoring, tuning, querying (SQL)
- Ability to perform after hours tasks
- Professional and courteous demeanor
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- 2 - 4 years Siebel development experience preferred but not required
- Experience with Siebel IP 2016 is preferred but not required
