Job Qualifications:
Excellent “people skills” to lead, inspire, motivate, and work cooperatively and harmoniously with fellow employees, volunteers, committees, members, and the public.
Retail or Customer service experience a plus.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team member.
Proven ability to complete assigned tasks and projects, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Strong commitment to the mission of The Trustees of Reservations.
Ability to work nights and weekends is required.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum of 1-3 years of related work experience
Minimum level of education is a High School Diploma or GED. Preferred level is a Bachelor's Degree
Specific physical requirements and/or environmental exposures are part of the job, as follows:
The ability to work in all weather conditions
Lift up to 30 pounds
Willing to climb ladders to hang lights
Stand for hours at a time
