Summary: Maintain accurate inventory control records and reporting system for the Merchandise Division to ensure product information is disseminated in an accurate and timely manner.
This is a Full-Time Year-Round Position. Please submit a resume.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Accurately process production inventories as scheduled.
- Prove to be a dynamic team member through working well with Craftsman in a training and assisting atmosphere to ensure accuracy of all aspects of the production costing forms
- Ensure that production costing forms are current and entered into the system.
- Enter production transfers accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare and enter JDE Purchase Orders.
- Receive Pronto Purchase Orders that ship directly to the Park.
- Set up and maintain inventory items.
- Prepare promotions for retail areas to include the testing of promotions and communication with leaders and retail shops.
- Use expertise to assist in period-end and year-end inventories for production areas.
- Use expertise to assist in year-end inventories for retail areas.
- Be alert to causes of shrink and ways to decrease expenses involving shop transfers and mark-offs.
- Check new items against master file, assign UPC’s as required and purge obsolete records as necessary.
- Run reports and price tickets as requested by production and retail leadership and other team members.
- Issue and log transfer and mark-off books.
- Keep work area/equipment clean, neat and well maintained. Promptly report mechanical problems.
- Prove to be a dynamic team member through working well with various team members and leadership of the Merchandise Division and other Divisions.
- Ability to trouble shoot and problem solve any issues.
- Ability to tolerate stress and maintain a calm and composure in a hectic environment and under tight time constraints, while prioritizing work load and meeting daily deadlines.
- Follow any other job-related instructions and perform other job-related duties requested by leaders.
- Compile data from sources such as purchase orders, invoices, requisitions and accounting reports. Write, type and enter information into computer to maintain inventory, purchasing, shipping, or other records.
- Ensures proper handling of customer credit card information in compliance with Property Procedures and Purchasing Card Industry (PCI) Standards.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 1 year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills:
Must have proven experience with Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel and inventory systems and POS systems.

Employee regularly required to walk on uneven sloped surfaces including to and from assigned employee parking located at park perimeter and employee work station. Employee must be able to climb and descend steps on an employee shuttle bus based on parking assignment.
