If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Site Acquisition Project Coordinator!
In this role, you'll be the go-to person for all things project documentation and coordination. You'll:
- Maintain meticulous control over site acquisition documents and databases.
- Track project activities like a hawk, ensuring everything stays on schedule and within budget.
- Be the glue that keeps the team connected, fostering clear and timely communication.
We're looking for someone with:
- 2+ years of project administration experience (bonus points for 1+ year in telecom!)
- A high school diploma or equivalent (education can substitute for some experience)
- AT&T Site Coordination experience? We'd love to hear from you!
- A keen eye for detail, the ability to multitask like a pro, and a knack for meeting deadlines.
- The flexibility to travel occasionally.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to keep everyone informed.
