Now hiring for a Site Administrator for Assisted Living.

Rate Range: $72,000 to $78,000 annually depending on experience

***SIGN ON BONUS*** $5,000.00

Essential Job Functions Include:

• Provide overall management and supervision of the Adult Care Facility Program.
• Oversee the administrative and operational tasks of the facility.
• Ensures policy and procedures are followed; create and implement new policies when applicable.
• Screen, interview, hire and retain all staff members for the program.
• Supervision of clinical staff and work assignments to ensure the facility is proving a safe and comfortable environment. 
• Provides leadership in the marketing of the facility, develop relations with local referral sources, family members and visitors.
• Develop and maintain a good working rapport with interdepartmental personnel as well as other departments within the facility to meet Resident needs.

Requirements:

• Three years of relevant work experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of current federal and state laws pertaining to Assisted Living Facilities.
• Leadership and organizational skills required.
• Must be available for Holidays, Weekends, or On-Call Duties to meet the needs of the program.
• Be a team player and work cooperatively with all staff in the facility.
• Must possess a passion to work with and around our Residents.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language in an understandable manner.
• Must be able to perform essential job functions (reasonable accommodation may apply.)
• Must be able to function independently, have flexibility, personal integrity and the ability to work effectively with Residents, staff, visitors, volunteers, government agencies/personnel, etc. under all conditions and circumstances.
