Qualifications and responsibilities for this Site/Civil Engineer position include:

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an accredited college.
• Hold a New Jersey Professional Engineering license; licenses in NY or PA are a plus.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D, with strong writing and communication skills.
• Prepare highway/roadway plans, including alignments, cross-sections, and traffic control plans.
• Design and prepare complete site documents for various types of developments.
• Conduct stormwater management designs per NJDEP standards.
• Present expert testimony before local land use boards.
• Research and apply zoning regulations to project designs.

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
