Client-based project approach. They work with large and small companies on projects ranging from building modifications, Structural equipment support, Foundation design, and site planning. The majority of the work is smaller projects but they have large quantities of the projects allowing someone to have the flexibility of wearing many hats in the organization. These role could include onsite fieldwork, design/drawing, and working in a client-facing environment.

As far as the project workload, length and value. There is quite a range. But I would say, someone would have the possibility of working on 4-5 different project a week with the smaller project values ranging from 5,000 - 25,000. The majority of our projects run from a couple of weeks to 2-3 months, with a few large multi year projects sprinkled in. We complete a lot of projects in a year, last year alone we had over 700 new projects begin, with many of them being completed in the same year.
