SUMMARY: Site Coordinator is responsible for the day to day operation of the Senior Citizen Center and programs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential duties include the following but is not considered an inclusive list:
- Assures that center operates according to AAA guidelines.
- Plans daily social activities.
- Assures transportation is provided to all participants.
- Assured Home Delivered Meal Program and Congregate Meal Program operates according to AAA guidelines.
- Responsible for hiring, disciplining, training, and oversight of all other SAC staff.
- Assures all necessary paperwork is completed daily for services billing purposes.
- Coordinates all building and vehicle maintenance.
- Coordinates fund raisers for center to ensure program and local income needs are met.
- Participates in annual budget planning.
- Assures assigned site remains within budget regarding expenses and revenue and unit levels are attained.
- Assures all policies and procedures are followed.
- Conducts outreach activities.
- Conducts Community Awareness Campaigns.
- Coordinates all required training for staff and participants of program.
- Attends required training.
- Assists head cook in ordering food.
- Responsible for completing raw food sheets.
- Assists head cook in producing monthly menus
- Backs up Home Delivered Meal program as needed to included any paperwork required by FCC or AAA guidelines.
Maintains confidentiality of all information received regarding Friendship Community Care, Inc., and the clients. Conditions of confidentiality shall be in compliance with Friendship Community Care Non-Disclosure Policy and HIPAA Policies.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma and or GED preferred; preferably with one to three years' experience and or training; or equivalent combination of both education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

QUALITY ASSURANCE & COMPLIANCE: To adhere to the following and comply with all Quality Assurance's & HIPAA procedures:
- The Code of Conduct and Compliance Investigation Procedures as read and discussed in the new employee training must be followed at all times.
- Consumers' progress notes be maintained and completed daily or as needed on the prescribed forms.
- Consumers' records must be maintained weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly. All information must be filed in consumers' records as needed and updated as prescribed by funding sources.
