About the Job
Multi-state design firm is seeking a Site Design Engineer for their team in Colorado Springs, Colorado!
Responsibilities:
- Lead engineer on complex projects
- Provide high-level technical engineering design
- Manage all aspects of project from start to finish (finances, schedule, resource allocation, quality, and technical execution)
- Regular communication with clients, internal/external teams, and local agencies
- Mentor/train junior staff
- Promote efficiencies in producing quality work
- Adequately check plans and maintain quality control
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- 5+ years of engineering experience
- PE License
- Proficient in Civil 3D software
Salary is commensurate with experience.
