This company has been paving the way for over 25 years, splitting their focus into civil sitework, land development, and estimating. With over 10 projects currently in the works, they're looking for a talented Estimator to join their team.

Position Responsibilities:
- Prepare timely and accurate estimates for projects
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather necessary information
- Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare estimates
- Develop relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and pricing

Position Essential Job Functions:
- 5 years of experience in estimating
- Strong background in site development
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively

Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $115,000-130,000
