Job Title: Site Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site activities and ensure project milestones are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Implement project management principles to optimize efficiency.
• Monitor safety compliance and enforce site regulations.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to the Senior Program Manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
