Overview
We are seeking a Site Supervisor with 1+ year of experience in a legal environment, office services or hospitality services to join our team in Pittsburgh. Ideal candidates will be ready to grow their career in facilities and office services, and to take advantage of internal opportunities at IST Management for training and development toward advancement.
This position will be responsible for maintaining a professional and pleasant working environment through supervision of the office services and facilities management team, and for performing general office services and corporate hospitality functions.

Hourly Compensation: $18.00-$20.00/hr USD
Hours: 7:30 - 4:30, no nights and no weekends!
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
This position will be responsible for maintaining a professional and pleasant working environment through supervision of the office services team, and for performing general office services and corporate hospitality functions.
- Mailroom and Copy Center: Shipping and receiving, mail services, copy center project work including large scale printing, binding and scanning
- Office Services: project management, administrative work, copier fleet management, facilities support and vendor coordination
- Hospitality Support: Conference and AV services, maintenance of all common areas and meeting rooms, stocking and ordering supplies
- Manage assigned employees
- Adhere to all safety procedures; perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates have 1 year or more experience in a similar position. Other qualifications include:
- Prior Legal or Hospitality Experience a plus!
- Microsoft Office proficiency required
- High School Diploma or GED required; authorization to work for any employer in the US required
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment; willingness to cross-train for other job functions
- Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on occasion
