Anticipated hourly range: $16.50 per hour - $26.43 per hour (includes shift differential)

What Office Services contributes to Cardinal Health
Office Services is responsible for performing a variety of clerical and data entry activities in support of their work teams in accordance with standard procedures. This includes clerical duties such as photocopying, compiling records, filing, tabulating, posting information, and distributing mail. Maintains records, prepares forms, verifies information and resolves routine problems.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for aggregating data and distributing metric reports
- Coordinating and facilitating materials during new hire orientation and assisting with paperwork
- Managing the referral bonus program
- Managing office supply inventory and ordering new products as necessary
- Process any invoices for the facility
- Organizing catering events - meal planning, supplies purchasing, set up and take down of events
- Responsible for arranging and coordinating onsite employee activities
- Responsible for helping with some organizing of leadership schedules
- Hosting onsite guests of the site
- Assisting with any additional tasks that may arise within the facility

- Work independently on data entry and analysis in Microsoft Excel
- Effectively applies knowledge of job and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of assignments
- In-depth knowledge in technical or specialty area
- Applies advanced skills to strategize, problem solution, and resolve complex problems independently
- May modify process to resolve situations
- Works independently within established procedures; may receive general guidance on new assignments from a variety of leaders within the leadership team
- May provide general guidance or technical assistance to less experienced team members
Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent preferred
- 4 to 6 years work experience in related field preferred
- Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Proficient in MS Office programs and Outlook
- Excellent customer service skills
