About the Job
- Site Reliability Engineers & Deliver Automation, Monitoring/Alerting Optimization, Stability Improvements Incident Restoration and Perform regular application maintenance / healthchecks,
- Working with load balanced high traffic services, optimize code and automate routine tasks Identify & document the root cause of issues and back track to the source of issues for resolution
- Participate in agile practice such as standups, demonstrations, grooming, and solutioning sessions
- eComm experience in Cloud(AWS) based microservices environment
- Experience in SRE and latest Agile / DevOps models for Retail customers
- Experience working with monitoring and support tools like QuantumMetric, Splunk and CDN like Akamai/Fastly.
- Analytical & Debugging Skills
