Muschlitz Excavating, LLC, a leader in the Heavy Civil Industry, is seeking a highly skilled Site Superintendent to join our accomplished team. As a Site Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing large-scale construction projects with a focus on heavy earthmoving, underground utilities, grading, and paving. We are looking for leaders who take pride in their projects and can effectively manage multiple crews to ensure successful project completion. • Manage and oversee heavy civil construction projects from start to finish.
• Supervise multiple crews on a project, ensuring efficient workflow and quality results.
• Interpret and apply blueprints, schematics, and manuals to guide project execution.
• Enforce all safety rules and regulations on-site to maintain a safe working environment.

• Proven experience in heavy civil construction with a focus on earthmoving, underground utilities, grading, and paving.
• Strong ability to manage multiple crews effectively and maintain project timelines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a detail-oriented and analytical approach.
• Committed to safety and fostering a team-oriented work environment.
• Proficient with GPS Rover technology.

• At least 10 years of experience in heavy civil construction.
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.
• OSHA 30 Hour Training certification is a plus.
