As the Site Superintendent, you will be the linchpin of our construction projects, ensuring they run smoothly, on time, and within budget. This is a dynamic role where your leadership will directly impact the success of each project, while also freeing up our management team to focus on broader business goals. If you're passionate about luxury home building and have a knack for managing complex, high-end projects, this is the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of construction sites to ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to project specifications and timelines.
• Ensure the highest standards of quality control and safety at the site.
• Work closely with project managers and clients to ensure open communication and resolve issues as they arise.
• Monitor progress, prepare reports, and maintain accurate documentation of project milestones.
• Lead team meetings and communicate project goals and expectations effectively.
• Manage resources, including materials, tools, and equipment, to keep the site running efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with all building codes, regulations, and project specifications.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Site Super or in a similar role in residential construction.
• Experience with CAD drafting is a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully managing luxury custom home projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate subcontractors and teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions quickly.
• Experience with project management software, preferably Co-Construct.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
• Attention to detail, ensuring every aspect of the build meets Archia Homes' high standards of quality.
• Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges, keeping projects on track.
