Does that sound like you? **The Opportunity with McKinstry** We are looking for a **Site Superintendent** to be a part of our growing Energy division in **Spokane, WA.** The Superintendent will ensure project success through on-site management of subcontractors and maintenance of client relationships. Additionally, some responsibilities you will have include: + Developing and updating project schedules. + Approving daily work tickets. + Reviewing submittals. + Setting up and tearing down job site logistics. + Coordination of work with trades, subcontractors and vendors. + Writing and reviewing scopes of work. + Assisting Project Manager with bid procurement. + Managing and closing out punch list activities in a timely manner. + Communication with field personnel. + Develop and maintain logs and reports as required for project execution. + Maintain daily logs of work performed by McKinstry and subcontractors onsite. + Develop RFIs as required to document changes to the scope of work. + Acting as a steward of McKinstry culture and maintaining relationships with our industry partners. **What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry** + Commercial Contractor experience required. + OSHA 30 certification required or must be obtained within 6 months of assuming position. + Working knowledge of scheduling software: Microsoft Project, Primavera and/or Suretrak required. + Knowledge of construction management, commercial building process, and OSHA standards required. + Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Project required; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred. + Four (4) years of leadership of trades and job sites preferred. + BA/BS degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture or Facilities Management or equivalent work experience preferred. **PeopleFirst Benefits** **When it comes to the basics, we have you covered:** + Competitive pay + 401(k) with employer match and profit-sharing plan + Paid time off and holidays + Comprehensive medical, prescription, dental, and vision with low or zero deductible options and low out of pocket maximums **People come first at McKinstry, and we go beyond the basic benefits with:** + Family formation benefits, including adoption and IVF assistance + Up to 16 weeks paid parental leave + Transgender inclusive benefits + Commuter benefits + Pet insurance + "Building Good" paid community service time + Learning and advancement opportunities via McKinstry University + McKinstry Moves onsite gyms or reimbursement for remote workers See benefit plan documents for complete details. **If you're driven by our vision to build a thriving planet together, McKinstry is the place to build your career.** T _he pay range for this position is_ _$84,060- $122,760_ _per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on market location.
