Site Superintendent - Gpac

Site Superintendent to join our residential development company. This team specializes in building luxury multifamily apartments, and single-family homes, ranging from production to custom homes.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing all phases of construction, ensuring quality workmanship, staying on schedule, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction site from start to finish.
• 3+ years of experience in residential construction-ground up and renovations
• Buildertrend experience preferred- NOT required
• Experience with higher end luxury projects 
• Technical knowledge-understanding stages of construction/trades etc. 
• Someone who is proactive, great communication skills, organized, and gets the job done correctly
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Plan and schedule construction activities, ensuring timelines are met and budgets are adhered to.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to establish project objectives and deliverables.
