SUMMARY: Assists in all areas of SAC operation as instructed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assists with Home Delivered Meals packaging.
- Assists with janitorial duties.
- Serves as back up driver for participant day trips to various state locations. Required to undergo periodic driving test and demonstrate proficiency in the operation of a motor vehicle, including passenger vans.
- Provides back up to Site Coordinator as needed.
- Assists in kitchen as needed.
- Provides back up to both van and Hot Shot vehicles.
- Follows FCC and SAC program policies and procedures.
- Attends all required training.
- Assists in vehicles' delivery to/pick up from shop.
- Assists with meal preparation and meal serving.
- Completes all necessary paperwork required for HDM program, including initial home visits and reassessment visits to determine eligibility.
- Maintains records on all HDM participants in accordance with AAA, Medicaid, and FCC regulations.
- This is a safety sensitive position.
Maintains confidentiality of all information received regarding Friendship Community Care, Inc., Senior Center programs, and clients. Conditions of confidentiality shall be in compliance with Friendship Community Care Non-Disclosure Policy and HIPAA Policies.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma and or GED preferred; preferably with one to three months experience and or training; or equivalent combination of both education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in oneonone and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

QUALITY ASSURANCE & COMPLIANCE: To adhere to the following and comply with all Quality Assurance's & HIPAA procedures:
- The Code of Conduct and Compliance Investigation Procedures as read and discussed in the new employee training must be followed at all times.
- Consumers' progress notes be maintained and completed daily or as needed on the prescribed forms.
- Consumers' records must be maintained weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly. All information must be filed in consumers' records as needed and updated as prescribed by funding sources.
