Ski Season 2023-2024 - Sales Associate/Cashier - Ski Resort - Tenney Resort & Recreation LLC

Responsible for providing high-end customer service and store support while assisting with any customer questions.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely information regarding retail shop and services.
• Utilize the elevated levels of sales and service to maximize sales performance.
• Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the merchandise.
• Provide the highest level of customer service.
• Accurately handle all payments
• Complete opening/closing checklists according to standards
• Welcome guests, take or assist in taking guest orders, and collect payment for items ordered
• Must be able to work nights, holidays and weekends.
