About the Role: As a Skilled Carpenter at Element Design Build Remodel, you will play a vital role in our projects, from installing custom cabinetry and countertops to fitting doors and windows with precision. You'll work closely with a team of dedicated professionals to bring our clients' visions to life, ensuring every detail meets our high standards of craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install cabinets, countertops, doors, and windows with expert craftsmanship.
- Execute interior framing and molding installations to exceptional standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and designers to achieve desired project outcomes.
- Maintain a safe and tidy work environment.
- Work effectively with the team to identify solutions and optimize processes.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, maintaining client satisfaction throughout the project.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in residential carpentry.
- Expertise in interior framing, molding, and carpentry techniques.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused attitude.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Full-time position
- $25-$36/hr, commensurate with experience
