About the Role: As a Skilled Carpenter at Element Design Build Remodel, you will play a vital role in our projects, from installing custom cabinetry and countertops to fitting doors and windows with precision. You'll work closely with a team of dedicated professionals to bring our clients' visions to life, ensuring every detail meets our high standards of craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install cabinets, countertops, doors, and windows with expert craftsmanship.
• Execute interior framing and molding installations to exceptional standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and designers to achieve desired project outcomes.
• Maintain a safe and tidy work environment.
• Work effectively with the team to identify solutions and optimize processes.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, maintaining client satisfaction throughout the project.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in residential carpentry.
• Expertise in interior framing, molding, and carpentry techniques.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused attitude.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Full-time position
• $25-$36/hr, commensurate with experience
• Paid Time Off
