Key Responsibilities
- Installation & Assembly: Install and assemble wood, vinyl, metal, and other types of fencing with attention to specifications and client needs.
- Physical Work: Handle and maneuver heavy materials (60 lbs+) outdoors in all seasons, performing tasks that require climbing, bending, and lifting.
- Power Tools: Operate power tools like saws, drills, and nail guns for cutting, drilling, and fastening fence materials.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
- Tool & Equipment Maintenance: Maintain tools and equipment in excellent working condition, reporting issues when necessary.
- Communication & Customer Service: Provide clear communication and courteous service to clients and team members to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of fence installation experience required, with eagerness to learn and advance skill sets.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with power tools; training is available for motivated candidates.
- Safety-Conscious: Adherence to all safety guidelines and procedures; understanding of underground utilities is critical.

Work Schedule
- Full-time, Monday through Friday, with overtime and weekend work as needed. Typical work hours range from 40 to 50 hours per week, providing steady, year-round employment.

- In-person: Based in the Cincinnati and Dayton areas, with projects across various sites.
