Mozaic is seeking a full time Skills Coordinator at our Ovid IRA location in Seneca Falls NY. Under the direction of the Site Supervisor this position is responsible for providing supervision and oversight to the Direct Support Professionals(DSPs) in the Site Supervisors absence. Responsible to provide person directed services while ensuring the health and safety of the individuals supported.With assistance of the Site Supervisor is responsible for maintaining all documentation for Life Plan Reviews.

• This position supervises assigned DSPs when the Site Supervisor is not present
• Ensures compliance with regulations, agency policies and procedures
• Follows the program budget and track financial documents
• Ensures service provision to individuals as planned in their Life Plan, and ensures all related documentation is completed contemporaneously
• Ensures all assigned staff are fully trained per agency requirements to implement the DSP duties and responsibilities
• Maintains effective working relationships with service providers, community resources and families
• Ensures the site is a safe, clean environment and immediately addresses areas of concern

Skills Coordinator Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with at least three years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. One year of supervisory experience is preferred, and Medication Administration Certification is required as applicable.

Hours: Sunday 2p-9p, Monday 2p-9p, Tuesday 8a-3p, Wednesday 8a-3p, Thursday 8a-3p

35 Hours per Week

Pay Rate: 18.50-$19.00/hr.+ based on experience!
