Skin Nurse - Oak Brook Health Care Center

Oakbrook is seeking a LVN or RN to join our team in the position of Skin Assessment Nurse. This nurse will work closely with the treatment nurse and DON to maintain the skin integrity of our residents and promote their health and wellbeing.

Essential Job Functions:

• Complete skin assessment assigned for shift
• Complete treatments as assigned for shift
• Complete charting related to skin condition, changes, and treatments
• Complete other duties as assigned

**Will be required to take call one week every other month**
