Pay for this position is $26 per hour and ranges depending on experience. 

• Initializing and processing sleep study devices
• Cleaning, charging, and Re- Kitting machines
• Emailing and discussing the home sleep study procedure with each patient
• Checking for sleep study financial forms and processed credit cards
• Calling patients with finalized sleep study results
• Creating USPS labels
• Charging patients for late sleep study devices
• Following up on authorizations for home sleep studies
• Scheduling In lab and Home Sleep Study appointments

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrating knowledge of scheduling
• Strong organization with attention to detail
• Analytical problem-solving skills
• Demonstrates ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Demonstrates computer literacy
• Good attitude, professionalism, promote team structure
• Supports management and leadership
• Preferable knowledge utilizing Watermark sleep studies
• Preferable knowledge utilizing Endicia
• Insurance verification experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
