- Proactively encourages players to have fun and enhances players’ experience.
- Responsible for recognizing and explaining simple TicketOut/Ticket in jams.
- Proactively celebrates and encourages Publicity releases for appropriate jackpots.
- Actively looks for players who have questions and/or issues with games.
- Encourages the priority of lights: 1) Change, 2) Ticket Fills, 3) Jackpots, all of which are mandated by tier status 1) icon, 2) Executive Producer, 3) Producer, 4) Celebrity, 5) Marquee, and then 6) Non-Card utilization.
- Ensures that the player receives all around great service.
- Actively patrols sections/floor looking for interaction opportunities.
- Works the floor with a sense of urgency, answering calls from dispatch while still maintaining the ability to build relationships.
- Promotes card utilization.
- Represents the company in a fun, exciting, and professional manner.
- Processes taxable up to $14,999.99, with a full comprehension of Oasis and NeWave.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Word).
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must have a proven track record of personally providing excellent customer service.
- Possesses a friendly, outgoing demeanor and enjoys interactions with players.
- Has the ability to read open/closed players and adapts the delivery to enhance their experience.
- Ability to personalize their service to the player without appearing to be scripted.
- Dedicated team player.
- Able to handle multiple tasks; flexible and positive when adjusting to change.
- Attention to detail and follow-through.
- Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
