Repairs, maintains, and monitors the operation of assigned electronic gaming devices. Fills payout reserve containers. Participates in the physical move of any slot related equipment.
Responsibilities:Where You'll Make an Impact:
- Repair damaged gaming parts to the satisfactory of the Slot Assistant Technical Manager.
- Maintain proper maintenance of shop equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair all circuitry and electrical components on a board level.
- Read and interpret assembly drawings and schematics, procedures and technical manuals.
- Maintain proper documentation of VLT and VLT equipment verifications, tests and maintenance.
- Maintain knowledge of and ensure full compliance of gaming laws (federal and state).
- Provide exceptional service to our guests and employees when performing job duties and conduct oneself in a professional and businesslike manner.
- Ensure full compliance with departmental Internal Controls, policies, procedures and regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills to Help You Succeed:
- Prior electronic repair experience required.
- Aptitude for fine, detailed mechanical and electrical work, high level of accuracy.
- Experience in the assembly, maintenance and/or repair of various types of bill validators, printers, CPU, monitors.
- Experience reading schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Ability to read and analyze documents.
- Knowledge of basic and advanced electrical and mechanical tools.
- Ability to lift heavy objects, potentially up to 50lbs.
- Ability to work flexible work schedules, days, evening, and nights.
Must-Haves:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- Two-year Electronic Degree is preferred or equivalent experience in electrical maintenance.
- Exposed to alcohol, cigarette and cigar smoke, bright lights, and loud noises.
- You will be exposed to an alcohol and smoking environment and must be able to work in such environment.
- Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by Louisiana Gaming Control Board or any other applicable regulatory entity as may be required to perform assigned duties, or as required by Live’s operating standards.
Physical Requirements:
- Casino is over 300,000 square feet and requires ability and energy to move about it with a true sense of urgency.

- Use of going up and down 31 stairs multiple times per day and elevators.
