Pay Outlook: Once probationary training period has concluded new hires will base pay will increase to $18.00 per hour.
Summary
Efficiently maintain the day to day operation and maintenance of all Slot machines and related equipment.
Job Duties
Promote outstanding customer service, safety and security. Perform basic diagnostics, troubleshooting and repair on slot machines and related equipment. Handle temporary and permanent removal of funds from slot machines. Safeguards against theft and ensures the security and integrity of all casino property. Replace chips, logic boards and currency acceptors. Responsible for maintenance of slot related signage. Responsible for maintaining inventory logs on all slot departmental parts. Perform basic diagnostics, troubleshooting and repair. Assist with conversions, machine moves or other projects. Ensures compliance with all regulatory controls and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent is required. 1 year or more of experience in repair and maintenance of electronic and computer technology devices. Possess knowledge of electricity and/or mechanical equipment. Must be able to communicate in English and be able to use an electronic communication device. Must be able to lift up to fifty pounds, stand/walk and kneel for extended periods of time. Have the ability to work various shifts and flexible hours to meet operational demands. Must qualify for and maintain licensure as required by Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board and have thorough knowledge of approved Responsible Gaming Program. Must be able to work in a smoke filled environment.
