Overview
Future opportunity for Small Business Commercial Lines Account Managers in the state of Mississippi. These are full-time hybrid positions. While these roles are not currently open, we are always looking to connect with talented professionals like yourself for upcoming opportunities.
The Small Business Commercial Lines Account Manager is accountable for delivering high quality and efficient service to external clients through the day-to-day account management of an assigned group of accounts that are similar in size with relatively simple to moderately complex needs. This role reports directly into the Branch's Client Service Supervisor.
This role directly contributes to key business outcomes such as client retention, client satisfaction, client growth, enhancing AJG's value to our clients and prospects, achieving operating/margin targets and fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement. This is a full time (40 hours per week) role. The hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm EST.
How you'll make an impact
- Successfully and profitably manages an assigned group of accounts.
- Builds, solidifies and expands relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional ongoing care.
- Acts as the primary contact for the buyer and the ultimate owner of the renewal process, ensuring that the best possible solution is delivered to the client in a high-quality & timely manner.
- Secures existing business and drives the sale of additional services and lines of coverage.
About You
Required: Bachelor's degree with 0+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience. Producer's License. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred: Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships. Solid financial acumen.
