Frank's Supply Company, a leading supplier specializing in the sale and rental of construction tools and equipment, is looking for a qualified Small Engine Mechanic to join our team at the El Paso, TX location. As a Small Engine Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various two and four-stroke engine-driven equipment, ensuring our rental fleet is in top condition for our customers.

- Diagnose malfunctions and repair all two and four-stroke engine-driven equipment to ensure optimal working conditions for customers.
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime and avoid unnecessary repairs.
- Conduct safety inspections on all equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Create work orders, estimating time and costs for repairs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the shop.
- Adhere to all governmental, company, and equipment-related safety requirements.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in diagnosing and repairing 2 and 4-stroke engines.
- Experience in the rental industry is preferred.
- Strong reading and comprehension skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Physical ability to consistently lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must have your own set of tools.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Open to candidates that are willing to relocate in the Hobbs and Lovington areas
