Responsibilities
Our client is seeking an experienced Intel Analyst with a strong focus on Asia-centric threat analysis and all-source intelligence to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in research, intelligence, and threat analysis, particularly in U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM or INDOPACOM) regions. The role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering accurate results in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide all-source analytical support following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and tradecraft standards
- Conduct in-depth research using multi-INT sources, including intelligence databases, message traffic, imagery repositories, and publicly available information to identify, document, and report on adversarial programs
- Perform foundational intelligence production within the Modernized Integrated Database (or similar programs) in accordance with established SOPs
- Produce finished all-source intelligence assessments (FINTEL)
- Support the development of facility characterizations as outlined in SOPs
- Provide input and evaluation services for collection requirements
- Evaluate methods and processes, recommending opportunities for efficiency improvements
- Conduct outreach to community experts and mission partners to maintain awareness of community activities impacting areas of interest (AOIs)
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 16 years of relevant experience in research, intelligence, and/or threat analysis is required with a Bachelors degree or 14 years with a Masters degree
- Asia-centric threat analysis experience required
- In-depth knowledge of the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM or INDOPACOM) region
- Excellent time management skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and a proactive, team-oriented approach
- Expertise in providing all-source intelligence support, research, and analysis
- Ability to produce finished intelligence assessments and support intelligence production
- Experience evaluating collection requirements and processes for efficiency gains
- Strong outreach and communication skills to collaborate with community experts and mission partners
Preferred Requirements
- IC experience (NSA, CIA, etc.) highly desired
- Experience in cyber threat analysis is highly desired
Education/Certification Requirements
- A Bachelors degree is required for this position with a minimum of 16 years of relevant experience or a Masters degree with a minimum of 14 years of experience
Clearance Requirements
- Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; an active Top Secret clearance is required with the ability to obtain a SCI
