Salary Range: $180K-$200K/Annum + Benefits



Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and thought leadership on reference data management to clients, including best practices for Security Master, Client Master, MDM, and Product Master systems.
• Client Engagement: Lead client engagements, including assessment, planning, and implementation of reference data management solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
• Data Integration and Management: Utilize Goldensource and Informatica to design and implement data integration and management solutions that enhance data quality and integrity.
• Governance and Compliance: Develop and implement robust data governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior consultants and project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Solution Design: Architect data management solutions that align with client business objectives, leveraging deep technical knowledge and industry expertise.
• Stakeholder Communication: Engage with client stakeholders to understand their business needs, articulate value propositions, and communicate project progress and outcomes.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in reference data management technologies and methodologies, applying this knowledge to enhance service offerings.

• Deep expertise in Goldensource and Informatica.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data integration, and ETL processes.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
• Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and project management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing teams.
• Client Focus: Strong client engagement skills with the ability to build and maintain trusted advisor relationships.
