SME Software Quality Assurance Engineer and Tester
Location: Hill AFB, Utah

Position Summary:
Command Cyber Solutions is seeking a qualified SME Software Quality Assurance Engineer and Tester in support of client located at Hill AFB, Utah.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute software test plans, scripts, scenarios, and procedures.
• Identify bugs or any other problems that may arise.
• Track and monitor bug resolution efforts.
• Install and maintain software testing programs, including but not limited to:
o Database impacts.
o Software scenarios.
o Regression testing.
o Negative testing.
o Error/bug retests.
• Create or maintain databases of known test defects.
• Evaluate and recommend software to use during testing and bug tracking.
• Perform initial debugging procedures by reviewing configuration files, logs, or code pieces to determine breakdown source.
• Conduct software compatibility tests with programs, hardware, operating systems, or network environments.

• Test system modifications to prepare for implementation.
Education, Certification & Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or IT related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Ten (10) or more years of experience.
• Active Secret Clearance.
Certifications Required (only one required):
• Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred).
• Certified Software Quality Engineer (CCSQE).
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
• Expert understanding of engineering and technology.
• Expert investigative skills.
• Deductive and Inductive reasoning.
Working Conditions/Working Environment/Physical Demands
• Basic office work environment at government facility location
• Hours of operation are M-F between 0600-1800.
• Occasionally, project requirements may require temporary adjustment of work hours/days
• Duties are subject to change based on the needs of the customer
