Can you picture yourself here?  PLEASE NOTE: A DRIVER’S LICENSE IS NEEDED FOR THIS ROLE, Candidates that do not have a Driver's license will be rejected..

THE STARTING RATE OF PAY FOR A SNOW LABORER THIS SEASON IS $25.00 PER HOUR BUT COULD GO UP SLIGHTLY FROM THERE BASED ON PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE, LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS YOU HAVE.

Snow Season positions are Seasonal, Part-time, ON-CALL & OVERNIGHT positions for most Branches though there could be more hours for some Branches depending upon contracts. You will not likely start work until the first snowfall of the year so there could be a significant period of time between receiving and accepting an offer of employment before you start working.

As a company, we use E-Verify; which means, you MUST have the actual documents required to prove your right to work in the US in order to interview and receive an Offer of Employment.

Here’s what you’d do:

As a Snow Tech you will be responsible for performing all tasks related to snow removal. Shifts are on-call and range from 6 to 12 hours and are often overnight depending on the storm event. May require longer hours for larger storms. 

You’d be responsible for:

• Responsible for performing all tasks related to snow removal, including operating ATV plows, snow blowers (as needed), though mostly using snow shovels and e-pokes (salt spreaders). 
• Work with Sidewalk-Crew Leaders as a team to efficiently and safely complete each assignment  
• Have dependable transportation and be willing and able to report in an On-Call Manner

You might be a good fit if you have:

• 18 years of age or older
• Work well under pressure while observing safety guidelines with minimal supervision 
• Have a smart phone (to download and use our attendance tracker App)
• You must attend and pass training and a background check
• Able to lawfully work in the USA
