Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Analytics and Digital Marketing to join our growing team at Cyberhaven. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing our data analytics platform, as well as overseeing all digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and more. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and drive growth in a dynamic and innovative environment.

What you’ll do:

• Build and lead the development of a robust data analytics platform to track, analyze, and optimize GTM performance.

• Manage all digital marketing channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads, ensuring effective campaign execution and performance.

• Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies that align with business goals.

• Optimize digital marketing strategies to increase ROI, improve customer acquisition, and grow brand awareness.

• Utilize data-driven insights to refine campaigns, targeting, and messaging.

• Lead A/B testing, reporting, and analysis to continually improve digital marketing efforts.

• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep Cyberhaven at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, data analytics, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree or work experience preferred.

• 10+ years of experience in digital marketing and data analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing teams and high-level strategy.

• Proven track record of building and managing data analytics platforms, preferably in a B2B environment.

• Expertise in digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media channels.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, draw actionable insights, and optimize campaigns accordingly.

• Experience managing multi-million dollar marketing budgets with a focus on ROI and performance optimization.

• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, or other reporting platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with key stakeholders, including sales, product, and executive teams.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present data-driven strategies to senior leadership.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience building and mentoring teams to drive high performance.

• Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies with a proven ability to adapt to an evolving landscape.
