Social Creative Content Manager

Location: Remote or Hybrid in Bolingbrook, IL (6 days a month)
Duration: 6 months (could extend past 6 months or convert for the right fit)
Pay: up to $50/hr, DOE
 
Our client in the Beauty and Retail space has a need for a Social Creative Content Manager with either a strong background from the agency side or in-house retail brand! This role will be for roughly 6 months, 40 hours a week, and is open to a remote candidate or someone who could come onsite hybrid 6 days a month.
 
Social Creative Content Manager Responsibilities: 

• Craft creative content for always-on content for channels such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Threads, and Pinterest.
• Deliver social content from shooting on mobile or through a small kit and captures trend worthy images and videos.
• Manage and create the editorial content calendar.
• Create pitch decks for social content and art direction.
• Ensure the brand aesthetic, tone, and overall culture is brought through in social content pieces.
• Provide oversight when it comes to creative/ art direction and bring ideas and vision to life.
• Give feedback on creative output as it relates to social content.
• Strategically plan content that not only builds brand awareness, but community as well.
• Drive cross-functional partnerships as it relates to social work and ideas.

 
Social Creative Content Manager Qualifications: 

• 6+ years experience working in social. Recently being either a social creative strategist or social creative lead.
• Portfolio showcasing social work must be included.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, including the development of creative briefs and project plans.
• Strong cross-functional management and project management skills & experience.
