Annual salary: $ 75,000 + benefits - Grant funded through September of 2026
Hours: 40 hours/week; flexible hours (duties of this position may require work beyond regular business hours for certain events), 40 weeks (school year + 10 days before and 10 days after school calendar)
Report to: SEL Coordinator
Description of duties and responsibilities: The person in this position will work alongside the SEL Coordinator to implement the SEL/MH (mental health) grant initiative and other related initiatives. This position is a project manager working to plan successful events, initiatives, and goals within the SEL/MH grant and other related areas.The successful candidate must demonstrate initiative, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be highly organized.
Qualifications: The successful candidate will demonstrate the following qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in education-related field preferred.
- History of successful partnerships with parents, community-based organizations, principals, teachers, and other institutions and organizations.
- Understanding of a multi-tiered approach or MTSS framework preferred.
- Experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Understanding of Microsoft and Google Suites.
- Strong communication skills.
- Bilingual ability preferred.
- Experience in a K-12 educational environment preferred
- National & State BCI check.
Example of Duties:
- Responsible for data collection, input, compilation, and completion of monthly and annual program reports to the SEL Coordinator.
- Communicate and collaborate with the SEL Coordinator and principals.
- Collaborate with schools, families, and community partnerships.
- Maintain thorough records and assist with program evaluation.
- Organize professional development opportunities for school staff as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by the SEL Coordinator.
